I hate to complain and I feel horrible about saying this because the hotel clerks were so nice but we had to leave this hotel due to every room smelling like stale cigarette smoke. It was awful. They tried to help us out by giving us a different room but every room we walked into it was the same smell.... more

I've stayed at many average hotels, you aren't going to get much but that's to be expected. The room seemed clean, the only thing wrong with it was that our shower was clogged. You definitely get what you pay for in this cheap Augusta hotel. more
