My wife and I stayed here for one night during a visit to friends. the Staff was professional and courteous and the room was clean, comfortable and overall very nice. the draw back is that the price was high for a nights stay and not in line with other Hampton Inns we've stayed at.

Had a quick stay here at in Augusta on our way to Acadia NP. Right off I-95, and quiet. Rooms typical for Hampton, but but staff was nice. Only complaint: Ice machine was located way in the back of the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are clean, the pool refreshing. The hotel is close to a Target and a Hannaford and a lot of restaurants. The included breakfast was simple but excellent. Very close to the interstate highway- you can't go wrong.

Long time customer and have stayed in Waterville many times. Quite uncomfortable room, odd area and odd customers. Staff was fine but it was a mad house. I would recommend staying at the Hampton in Waterville. Much cleaner, much more comfortable and much friendlier.

We stayed at this inn as we traveled through Maine. The folks at the front desk were pleasant and welcoming, but did not appear to want to chat or visit. Even though we are Hilton diamond members, we were not offered a superior room. We were given a room that was very small, just large enough to have a night... More

Great place to stay with a convenient location to many amenities such as restaurants, mall and highway. Don't miss the Red Barn up the road for great seafood, no fanfare and plenty of food. Checkout the "Crustacean Elation" lobster roll for 28 ounces of pure delight. Bring a friend to share!

What a pleasant experience to find this helpful and comfortable hotel! We had requested a specific room type and location, and to our pleasant surprise, our perfect room was waiting for us. Thank you to Glenn, who assigned the room, and Ashley, who followed up to make sure we were comfortable. LOVE the walk in showers and 24-hour coffee and... More

For business travelers, there are limited options when staying in Augusta. Hampton is the best that I have found thus far. Clean and renovated rooms and common areas. Decent gym. Comfortable beds and good A/C. As far as improvements go, wish there were a few more options for breakfast. Also, hotel is not really walking distance to anything. Need to... More

This Hampton Inn is an easy on and off I95. It's clean, comfortable with a fabulous breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful and best of all the duvets and sheets are cleaned with each use. It's pricey this time if year but we had a hassle free, enjoyable night.

We stayed at the hampton inn while traveling north. Nice facility, but extremely noisy. if i stayed again, i would want to be on the top floor. The person above us was walking around until about 11 pm, and you could hear their every step.. Breakfast average for a hampton inn and they have an exercise room.
