We stayed at this Quality Inn for two nights this fall. From the moment we walked in the door to check in until we left at the end of our visit we were treated to top notch service from every staff person. The room was sparkling clean and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. We were not bothered by any sounds... More

We visit New England a couple of times a year, but don't usually stay in Augusta, Me. This hotel was brought to our attention by friends and we decided to try it. We were very pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of our room and the superb buffet breakfast. There are some shops within walking distance... More

Very easy location to access near I 95. What made our stay so pleasant was the upbeat interaction with all staffers from front desk to the grounds keeper blowing leaves.Registration was easy and fun with staff that seemed to enjoy their jobs. Great Hot Breakfast with a friendly kitchen attendee offering many choices. The rooms and lobby were very clean.... More

We took refuge at this Quality Inn during a snowstorm. It was a good decision. The hotel is conveniently located near 95, but far enough away to avoid having that truck-stop feel. We were greeted by a friendly staff that made us feel welcomed and offered different options for rooms to determine our preference. Our room was clean and comfortable.... More

I was reluctant to stay at Quality as I have never before. I was pleasantly surprised. All staff that I had interaction with were wonderful. Room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The only thing I could "complain" about is that there was no oatmeal available for breakfast. Would return again.

Thank you for your review and for giving our hotel a try - we're glad you plan on coming back! When you come down for breakfast on your next visit you will find the oatmeal right next to the cold cereal dispensers around the corner from the scrambled eggs and sausage. Enjoy! More

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was great. It was spotless, the bed was comfortable, there were "2" extra chairs, plus the one at the desk and a fridge & microwave. I usually purchase water to use to make our coffee and tea, but they even had filtered water... More

This is what I expect to a modern hotel, all non-smoking place, the way they built their rooms are really nature friendly, first and second floors rooms were built doors facing the forest, it's very economical-environmentaly friendly, a lot of fresh air and very clean, their staff so friendly and very precise recommendations whatever things you asked them, breakfast was... We stayed 2 nights in a top floor 'superior' room and thought it was great. Large clean comfortable room with all the emenities you could need. Very comfortable bed in which we enjoyed 2 good nights sleep. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us some good tips as to where to eat, including a 10% off... More

Stayed here October 2nd. Would definitely stay here again! Knew it was a great choice when we received such a pleasant greeting and assistance from Sinead at the registration counter. Hotel conveniently located near interstate, on road that provided quick link to town of Hallowell with many restaurants and shops. Sinead recommended ‘The Liberal Cup’ for dinner – a place... More

Nice, clean, Cheerful hotel with excellent staff. The breakfast is good, and the dining clean and well stocked. Cookies awaited us when we checked in and coffee and tea are available all the time. WiFi was good.
