The rooms were clean and freshly appointed. Mark Clinger, the owner, makes sure every stay is a good one. He gave me an ethernet cord to connect my laptop with the internet. What a find, We stayed here when we did parents' weekend at Bates College, and again during graduation. The place is great. It's only 6 miles from campus and easy to get to. The setting is nice. We have stayed several times at the Sleepy Time, in all seasons. A quaint, nice little motel. The rooms are large and clean, with all the necessities, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker and very comfortable beds. A good choice when you're in the Auburn/Lewiston area. It deserves it's AAA star.
