This is probably the worst hotel we have stayed in. The outside was great the lobby was great and the staff. We have stayed at residence inn before in other places and they were not like this. The rooms were tiny. they had put a king bed in the bedroom and there was hardly any place to walk around. When... More

Great value and modern facility close to the mall. Breakfast was great. Glad to get out of Bar Harbor with their overpriced B&B and outdated Wiifi. Personnel were helpful and quick check-in. Laundry facility available with two washers and dryers. One chair in laundry room that is to high for the counter. This is a great hotel and wiifi that... More

Booked this Hotel expecting it to be up to Marriott standards. Was I in for a surprise! After driving 8 hrs, arriving early for check in was told to come back at 3. Was also told before rooms are released the manager inspects. There were"57"rooms checking out. Megan Posik(front desk) said she would call if sooner. No call so we... More

We stayed for just 2 nights and found it to be a very comfortable and clean hotel. The kitchen in the room would have been a huge benefit if we had stayed longer. Loved the outdoor firepit area as well.

This hotel is great for families. The rooms are big and there is a kitchen with all the basics. The hotel also offers free meals a couple times a week which is nice. There is also a pool that our kids love. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops right across the street.

Reasonably quiet location amidst shopping areas. Nice size room although I couldn't get comfortable on the modern, sloping sofa with basically no backrest and no armrest. Some of the furniture showed a bit of wear and tear as did the carpeting in the dressing area which was spotted. The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom clean. Breakfast was good... More

This is a fine comfortable well-managed hotel. We were here for two weeks in July and needed the comfort as we were in the midst of harried business, okay we did visit LL Bean once for some grand recreational shopping. The hotel is clean, the staff know their job and are committed to caring for the client/guest.They provide a complimentary... More

Stayed here 1 night on a reward stay and I was coming back from Canada on my way to Boston. Good stopping point, but only chain style restaurants around. I like Residence Inns. Nice place, great service. Free breakfast, lots to choose from.

I don't usually review chain hotels since there's not usually much to say, and I don't stay in them very often, but my 2 daughters and I stayed for one night a couple nights ago, and we all gave the Residence Inn in auburn the big thumbs up. We were touring camps and needed a place to stay at the... More
