This place is out in the middle of nowhere on a lake. A rare gem of a find for lunch while on a snowmobile trip in Maine. Excellent home cooked food and wonderful service from the owner/waitress. This is a must stop if your in the area snowmobiling. You won't be disappointed.

After numerous adventures into the Allagash Wilderness Waterway, we decided to try the Bradford Camps as an alternative to sleeping on the ground, filtering all water, living with food that required no cooling and learning how much foul weather our tent or canoe could endure. Karen and Igor welcomed us to their delightful camps that were as remote as the... More

Our fast-paced world can sometimes be a technology overload; Bradford Camps is the perfect escape! My husband and I first heard about this fantastic destination after reading a review of Bradford Camps in an in-flight magazine. The article lived up to everything we experienced. If you like the great outdoors, fishing, hiking and swimming, Bradford Camps can't be beat. It consists of 8 waterfront cabins on Lake Munsungan, a 3-mile long lake--the only cabins on this wonderful lake. The cabins have hot and cold running water and propane lights--no electricity. The cabins are cleaned daily and are spotless and roomy. The main lodge serves... More
