The front desk staff was very polite and got me checked into my room very fast. The room was very clean and the bed was super nice. By far the nicest hotel I have stayed at. Could not ask for anything else.

This hotel is where you will feel at home. Have stayed here too many nights to count over several years, and it is wonderful. Parc England Hotel is classy, stylish, quiet, beautiful, luxurious, and so convenient (on same grounds as airport AEX). A beautiful golf course is next door. It is well-run---both the owner and manager are very hands-on. Employees... More

My wife and I chose the Parc England based off reviews as a midway point between Tyler, TX and New Orleans. We only spent the night there, so did not have much opportunity to explore all the amenities, but found the hotel itself to be beautiful. Our room was luxurious and comfortable and surprisingly quiet, being so close to the... More

Honors the Government rate, VERY close to the Airport/FBO. It's a small drive to/from restaurants. Staff were friendly and offered advice for local dining. The breakfast was horrible, but the coffee was very good for hotel coffee.

I travel often for business and often find myself in the same old boring chain hotels The Parc England is different. This is my fourth time here and I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else Great charm. It feels like you are "somewhere" The adjacent restaurant Bistro on the Bayou is awesome If you find yourself in Alexandria, LA stay... More

The hotel is a little out of the way, but it's worthwhile. It is located near the airport, is becoming a little dated but is well kept and comfortable. The hotel has a 'french' theme, that tries to replicate the 'France' of old. And, they do a pretty good job. The linens and towels are good and the room has... More

I stayed here in October and it was a rough night. The hotel is a little off the beaten path but the rooms are very nice. Our big issue was the air conditioning. The night that we were there, it was hot and I could not get my room under 79 degrees. In the morning I went to the lobby... More

This is by far the nicest hotel in Alexandria, although maybe not kid friendly. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed a great meal in the restaraunt, Bistro on the Bayou. The only downside was that you can hear doors shutting at night.

Lovely hotel on the former England AFB grounds. Good service, beautiful room. A little dark in the room if you are a reader but otherwise a terrific experience. Louvered shutters over the window, beautiful, puddled drapes on the large window.

I recently discovered the Parc England Hotel in Alexandria, La. It is just spectacular. You feel as if you are in some exclusive high end hotel in a major city. Not the chain varieties but rather some exclusive destination. The furnishings and decor are unmatched. This hotel is clean beyond your expectations My frequent hotel stay points of the chain...
