We stayed at this hotel while passing through Louisiana, en route to Texas. It was around 11:00 pm when I walked in and asked for a room. Jennifer (at front desk) could not have been warmer or more accomodating... which was quite welcome by our tired family. The Comfort Suites in Alexandria, La was an excellent hotel. It is new and had only been open 2 weeks when we stayed there. The only issue we had was that check in was extremely slow, it appeared that the lady handling check in was new to the job. Other than that, the stay was excellent, and I would not... more
