This is the 2nd time in two years we have stayed at the Hotel Milan. Reservations were easy to make via e-mails. Our plane arrived over an hour late and we had no trouble when checking in. Reservations over the Internet a waste of time, no response. Called the following day to make reservations but they would not give me a reservation unless I gave them my credit card number. Told them that I don't give out my credit card number over the phone to anybody, therefore, was not able to make a reservation!!!! PJC more

Was worried with some negative feedback regarding reservation problems but had excellent communications with the assistant manager who went out of her way to help me with my needs. Room was as described and perfectly clean. Staff helped with tours, cabs, directions and making me feel comfortable and welcome. Centrally located and good deal even with the raise in price. more
