Miserable start to an Explore holiday. Cremated fish for dinner in horrid restaurant. Charged for a second cup of coffee at breakfast. Rooms depressing and I'm sure there are much better places to stay - this must be a very cheap hotel.

Rooms are clean. Lots of closet space. Maid service is helpful. The staff has very limited if any English language skills. The air conditioner works well, essential on hot, humid nights. Don't go walking around the neighborhood at night. The pool looked refreshing but never got in it.
