We stayed here four days, rooms were big and nice. Great location near plenty of restaurants and several small markets. Breakfast was ok, had to pay extra for eggs, but still not bad. Staff was very attentive from the start. Would stay here again.

I enjoyed this hotel enough to come back on my way home after a week in Bocas. They had a dude waiting for me at the airport (not that finding a taxi is hard there), cost 35 bucks. You might be able to get a better price faith a cabbie). The lobby was nice and cool. It's a budget hotel... More

The hotel is in a great neighbourhood and a great base to explore the city. The staff here were very friendly even though communications were difficult as I do not speak much Spanish. The doorman spoke the most English and it was entertaining at times. A bit like a scene from 'Faulty Towers' with Manuel and John Cleese exchanging banter.... More

Unfortunate that's what you get for the price. No hot water available, beds are uncomfortable. Our bed had a hole in the middle of the mattress. They need to have better mattresses. Breakfast was a joke. We have to pay for some eggs. They should not advertise something there don't have. .

The hotel is ok to stay alone, but I dont recommend for a couple. The bathroom is saparated by a type of a glass wall. No privacy! But it is confortable, has a good price and location for a short trip. People are helpful and friendly.

It's a very good option in one of the best neighborhood in Panama. The front desk employees are nice and the room is very comfortable. The air conditioner is a little noise, but the temperature is ok. The bathroom is nice, floors and wall in granite.

There were minor problems such as the water in the shower was at best lukewarm, a small water leak in the bathroom, but I was offered another room.I did not change room. The hotel is well located in the city and must have been quite a luxury hotel in the past. Because of some of the things I mentioned earlier,... More

Stayed 3 nights at Grand International in January...locations is great...hotel is old and worth giving only 4/10. Internet is JUNK! Just down the road we walked into the lobby of Hotel Principe which is brand new and only been open for a few months. Price was the same as Grand International but service much better, internet good, 8/10 on hotel... More

Was picked up from the airport as arranged. Very! nice room. Walls, floors were all granite with large glass enclosed bathroom, safe in room. Made reservations about 3 weeks prior and paid $67 per night. Good neighborhood. Meet Roberto Duran at his sports bar a couple blocks away--a true boxing legend! The front desk employees were terrific but not so... More

It's a lovely looking hotel: three and a half stars for decor and position. However, there are many problems with it. Getting someone to understand our booking was the first, which was really unwelcome after an eleven hour flight and twenty hours of travelling! Although the reception staff were unfailingly cheerful and tried to be helpful, some of them were... More
