The plaza Paitilla Inn is an old but comfortable hotel. I would go there anytime again for its extraordinary view of the Panama Bay and the city. There are many other newer hotels but waking up in the morning and seeing the view has no price!

This very pleasant hotel is conveniently located downtown on the bay with beautiful views and an accommodating staff. A full complimentary breakfast (with omelet station) provides the guests with a wide selection of fruits, breads and meats. WI-FI is EVERYWHERE. Something of a landmark - the round hotel - with a super convenient location. room was clean and comfortable although the carpet could use updating. very helpful business center staff; free cocktail; nice bar - a little too bright for my taste. front desk staff very helpful.

We had a very nice hotelroom on the 15th floor with a dream view of Panama's skyline with wonderful sunsets. The furniture of the room is very nice kept. Also the food was very delicious. I love to think back.

Clearly you can see other hotels are much better in the area. But has a good location, and breakfast was full of different options. It felt safe, and the staff was ok. (Overall in panama people aren't very happy of serving you). If you have a little more budget I would recommend staying in the hard rock hotel
