Terrible! The Hotel web site offered a special on the Junior Suite which looks great. When we arrived we ended up in a room that was totally unacceptable and not a junior suite as booked. This hotel is run-down. I paid extra for a "superior" room and upon arrival I found it unacceptable- it was stuffy, everything was extremely old and there was a lot of mold in the grout between the floor tiles. I then immediately upgraded to the only better room available- a two room suite, which was much better, but still run-down.... more

The Riande Granada hotel is a little run down in areas and yet other areas have been refurbished. For the budget price though it is definitely a good stay, and well worth the money! The location is very good. more
