We were very disappointed. The room was very small, shabby, with barely a double bed. Their asking price was $66, with the pensionado discount it was $44. One computer made up their free internet. We moved down the street to the Cancun. It was a much nicer, cleaner room for $15, yes $15. It's all about value. more

The service was very good. They were waiting for me at the airport with a sign. I thought all the staff there was friendly. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The Hotel was going through some renovation, which will only make it better than it already was. I thought the location was perfect, and I walked around the area both day and night without any safety issues. The room was nice and well air-conditioned. The restaurant was good.
