A cramped hotel with attractive decorations. Not what you would expect from a luxury hotel. Small rooms; disorganized check in. Very difficult to get to because of traffic surrounding the hotel at all hours. There has to be a better option in Panama City. Room service food was excellent and the trip was saved by a very attentive bellman. more

1. off the main lobby is the ballroom areas which has weddings etc and can be very loud – the Saturday I was there they had loud duf-duf-duf music from 8.00pm until 6.00am. this also happened on the Tuesday,Thursday.
