We stayed 3 times in the Country Inn, split over 2 weeks. The experiene was mixed.. The hotel is situated perfectly, with a view over the Panama Canal. Make sure you reserve a Canal view room, as it is definitely worth the few extra dollars and the view is amazing! You can spend the entire day just watching the ships... More

We spent a week in Panama City with our 18 month old toddler and stayed at the County Inn and Suites. The hotel is right on the entrance to the Panama Canal with views of the canal and the Bridge of the Americas. We booked a 1 bedroom suite which had a separate area (and Pack and Play crib) for... We stayed at the Hotel for three nights while visiting Panama in February 2015. What a treat. located right on the canal, it's a short walk along the path to the Bio Museo, and the Hop on /hop off bus is easily accessed. We loved the Balboa Yacht Club, (behind the hotel on the canal) and took a catamaran ride... More

Rooms are okay, Staff in amazing which makes up for some of the short comings of the facility... Great location for the Canal, it is off the beaten path a bit by being on the Causeway, but great views... The T G I F's that is onsite is being remodeled, so for dinner you will have to travel, not far... More

Desk Personnel were very friendly and spoke English. Hotel is a little dated, Breakfast each morning included but was always cold. View of the lake and canal was great. The TGI Friday's was under remodel but the yacht club next door was great

We stayed at this hotel on the front and back end of a Panama Canal day tour. The location was perfect. The patio off our room, and the restaurant allowed for a view of the canal traffic which was unique and exciting to watch. There was a nice boardwalk all along the water that is nice for walking. We did... More

I have stayed at this hotel before, and again as recently as April, and it continues to offer good service at a reasonable price. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, that the bathrooms are nicely equipped with blow dryer, toiletries, magnification mirror, tissue box, and a 'rain' shower head in the bath tub. Water pressure is very good. Rooms have... More

Stayed here for one night. It is on the Causeway side of the city but you will either have to cycle down to the Causeway or get a taxi. It is an average hotel I suppose, adequate for a short overnight stay but I would not be there for much longer than that. There are much nicer hotels for the... More

Dear L B, Thank you very much for providing us with a review about your stay here. We were pleased to see you found our hotel to be a great value while on your family vacation. It was unfortunate to see some of the room conditions were not what you have come to expect from our hotels. We take all... More
