We reserved two rooms for four nights. I had been in communication with the hotel to arrange our pickup from the airport. I confirmed in English and again in Spanish that we would be picked up. We searched and wasted 35 minutes at the airport looking for our ride. We gave up and took a taxi for cheaper than we... More

Very good hotel with nice and helpful staff. It was my birthday and they got us, without asking, a good bottle of champagne, how nice of them. The rooms are big and good isolated, so the busy street in front of this hotel won't bother you that much. There were some roadworks around the corner, so maybe it's less busy... More

This hotel is very nice and comfortable! The rooms are very spacious with comfortable King beds and a beautiful jacuzzi in the room. The bathroom is very big too and has a gigantic rainshower. All rooms have double glazing so front rooms have no streetnoise! We checked in late afternoon and were greeted by the receptionist Lenert Atencio who did... More

Metal floors may look nice but sound carries through this small hotel with every foot fall, door closure. Details like sound proofing from outside fall short but if you seek T.J. Maxx decor this will be your haven. Not much in the way of local cafe or dinner options. Breakfast was simple and coffee good with a loud television bouncing... More

We needed a hotel for one night between connecting airflights from different airports. Reviews led us to Panam's. Owners have done a fantastic job of renovating to make the rooms truly top notch in style and size. Staff most courteous and helpful. Breakfast room in the basement has an atrium allowing natural light--great selection of products for a continental breakfast.... More

If staying in a big impersonal mega hotel is NOT your thing, I'd recommend you stay at this gem of a little hotel. The staff are fantastic - very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious with all the creature comforts you could ask for. The jacuzzi tub in the room / living area is a nice... More

I was really excited to stay at the Panams having read some great reviews. We arrived and the staff was very helpful. We arrived late and were starving but it was christmas eve and many restaurants were closed. The gentleman in the front took the initiative to find a restaurant that was open and made reservations for us. That touch... More

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights in a king suite. The room itself looks nice, jacuzzi is great and shower is even better! Size of the room is perfect as well and bed is fine. However, the room had a very damp and musty smell. Windows cannot be opened so no fresh air can get in... More

We stayed for three days during our first visit to Panama City. The room was well decorated and reasonably large. The bed was comfortable with good reading lights. Breakfast was good although we didn't know that cooked items were available until the second morning, as no one appeared to welcome us or explain the menu. On the second morning a... More

Let me premise this by saying that usually when I travel, it's for work, so I'm familiar with many of the normal corporate hotel lines. My husband and I splurged on this hotel for our honeymoon, and it was totally worth it. The room had a king bed, huge closer area, hot tub, and sitting area. The best was the... More
