This little hotel is centrally located and neatly tucked away just past the Veneto Grand hotel. Every thing is pretty much within walking distance. The rental car is just across the street. Hotel is modernly furnished. Only drawback is the bathroom is a bit on the small side. So someone that requires a wheelchair, its not ideal. Other than that... More

Our room was very old and smelled like urine. The beds were uncomfortable and the sheets had stains on them. The free breakfast was one of the worst I have seen. Carpet was so soiled it stained my socks when walked. The faucet in the bathroom wasn't mounted properly and scalded me twice. We could not get out of there... More

I have never been treated as bad as am being treated at this hotel and my stay here isn't even over. The restaurant is one of the many horrible things about this place. Cold food sent to my room after a 90 minute and four phone calls later wait. The restaurant is not owned by the hotel, therefore I can't... More

I have been at least three times in this hotel in the last couple of years, for my short visits in Panama City, and there a few positive things I can mention, and want to share: First, the rooms are big and beds are very good and allow very good sleep, secondly the bathrooms and showers are also big and... I ordered a Cesar salad "premiera" as an appetizer followed by spaghetti with meat sauce and garlic bread. 20 minutes later out comes the spaghetti. I explain to the waitress in Spanish that the salad is the appetizer and asked her to take the spaghetti back to kitchen to keep it warm and to bring out the salad. Another 10... More

Stayed here for a week in July 2014 with a group of 19 people. The rooms varied in size, from average US sized room to a very small room. Each room had nice HD TV's, but the pictures were not HD. The bathrooms were nice and had large walk in showers with glass walls. There is no swimming pool here,... More

I made the res three months in advance thru wyndham rewards. Arrived to the hotel and .... no res found. The front desk was nice and accommodating and found us our suite. We opened the door to a sparse living room with heavily stained carpet. The kitchenette had two plates , forks, etc even tho the suite is for four.... More

Tiny reception desk tucked away in a dark corner gave a bad first impression. The room was huge and clean but looked out on a car park and a pile of rubble. Only enough towels provided for one person. Breakfast was abysmal with very little choice. Not a particularly good location with seemingly few shops. Quite a lot of fast... More

I had reservations at this hotel on Feb 14 and 15, 2014. I only styed one night. When we got there the elevator didn't work and no one at the desk seemed very concerned. When we got to our suite it was oddly barren, no TV in the bedroom, no glasses, only bath towels. Inquiries about these omissions were met... More

The hotel was our first port of call after an 18 hour flight and arriving at 12am in the morning we were disappointed to find there was nowhere that did any food or refreshments (which was an issue since we hadnt eaten!) and everything was closed. The reception spoke no english (yes I know that is on me given that... More
