When you come to Panama, the choices for hotels are many. You can only pick one at a time. This place has old structure, clean and adequate but not much on amenities and decor. They have a very tiny pool upstairs (but..... you can swim across the street at an olympic swimming pool. ) The staff throughout are excellent starting... More

We didn{t get to stay here but the customer service here goes above and beyond. This place is currently ungoing a refit and from the 7th floor you get a lovely view of the city. A very big thanks goes out to Kenyatta for helping us out during our stay in Panama City.

When we told the taxi driver where we wanted to go and he suggested we go somewhere else I should have listened. We paid $69 for the room and went upstairs to get settled in. The room was pretty shabby and the bathroom didn't seem very good. After about half an hour we realized that there was black mold on... More

The price you pay is what you get. Yes, it is a bit outdated, but I was in Panama for shopping only, so basically for my needs was more than great. Good bed, cute little bathroom, very good A/C and it covered my basics. I use the hotel shuttle, Alex picked me up at the airport (You can request PREVIOUSLY... More

Can you believe this?! We reserved the room through Venere for 2 nights. On the second day, back from a city excursion, they refuse us access to the room until we pay. They held the room hostage. That is the level of trust and friendly communication they have towards their guests. Also, don't be fooled by the pictures, they have... More

Pros: - The receptionist was kind and friendly - There is a restaurant at the top which we didn't try but staff were friendly there too Cons: - Everything. The shock of arriving at this place as a stop gap on our honeymoon and realising we were going to have stay here was awful. - Room, bed, bathroom, decor was... More

The first insult is the keycard. They will only give you one,and you have to put it in a slot to make the power in your room work. This guarantees that you will come back to a hot room. Also if there you are not alone, someone has to stay in the room to open the door if one of... More

My wife and I stayed here for one night prior to an early morning flight out of Albrook. When we checked in, we asked the front desk clerk whether if we would be able to hail or call a taxi from the hotel that early, or if we would need to make an arrangement the night before. She assured us... More

The Bahia Suites Hotel is located in a slightly shabby area of Panama City. However, with an underground station just across the street, it is located pretty well. Allbrook shopping mall is a two stops ride and very cheap. The Costa Cintera, a nice walking way at the waterfront, takes less than five minutes walking and at the end you... More

I like this hotel. They have modernised rooms. Views of the ocean are wonderful. It was clean except for the woman's hair in my king bed. Breakfast used to be buffet, now it's menu. There were a lot of cleaning supplies and other bits of pieces on the sixth floor. If the price is low enough, I will be back.
