this hotel is close to the Cinta Costera, and steps away from the Loteria Metro Station. nice (included) breakfast in a rooftop restaurant with a fabulous view over the bay and the entrance to the canal. by serendipity, we got a Jacuzzi room, which was very roomy and comfortable. staff were very good to us, and helpful with making arrangements.... Hotel was clean when I walked in. Very hot, as the ac is not left on. The curtain was broken so sunlight came in making it annoying to sleep in the morning. The bed was very nicely made and comfortable. The neighborhood is not so good over on one side, but if you walk towards the water it's a good... More

Surprisingly unfriendly receptionists! They had some problems finding our reservations and after 5 minutes they gave up and just ignored us. We would have left right then, but unfortunately we had prepaid the room. After we had "begged" them to double check under both our names, they let us borrow the computer to find the reservation ourselves. The check-in took... More

I stayed there for 1 night recently. The room was like a sauna on arrival. I had to request the remote from the front desk, as it was not in the room to turn on the a/c. It's in a real seedy area of town, and the room smelled of DNA. They charge you $1.00 for safe lock, which there... More

When you come to Panama, the choices for hotels are many. You can only pick one at a time. This place has old structure, clean and adequate but not much on amenities and decor. They have a very tiny pool upstairs (but..... you can swim across the street at an olympic swimming pool. ) The staff throughout are excellent starting... More

We didn{t get to stay here but the customer service here goes above and beyond. This place is currently ungoing a refit and from the 7th floor you get a lovely view of the city. A very big thanks goes out to Kenyatta for helping us out during our stay in Panama City.

When we told the taxi driver where we wanted to go and he suggested we go somewhere else I should have listened. We paid $69 for the room and went upstairs to get settled in. The room was pretty shabby and the bathroom didn't seem very good. After about half an hour we realized that there was black mold on... More

The price you pay is what you get. Yes, it is a bit outdated, but I was in Panama for shopping only, so basically for my needs was more than great. Good bed, cute little bathroom, very good A/C and it covered my basics. I use the hotel shuttle, Alex picked me up at the airport (You can request PREVIOUSLY... More

Can you believe this?! We reserved the room through Venere for 2 nights. On the second day, back from a city excursion, they refuse us access to the room until we pay. They held the room hostage. That is the level of trust and friendly communication they have towards their guests. Also, don't be fooled by the pictures, they have... More
