Staff were helpful (management-especially Lilly were just short of rude). Bare bones rooms and non functional hot water.

More expensive than advertised but particularly annoying is the A/C cutoff during the day (ostensibly power outage) but actually just the hotel saving $$. Went to several hotels in the area and the power outage was ficitional. It gets very hot and humid during the day in Managua.

Would recommend other places (particularly Mansion Teodolinda).
