We stayed here on our first night in Nicaragua and it was really lovely! Such a pleasant surprise, hidden away as it is. We had a smallish room with a traditional feel to it but that didn't matter as it was only for one night. We had a nice, en-suite bathroom and a tiny patio area. Our room was one... More

I was shocked to read the last not so good review. I have been traveling to Nicaragua for work for a few years and decided to try this place. We (coworkers) loved the placed. Not crowded, extremely clean, great food and close to restaurants! It is amazing. We loved it and I would definitely stay again. It is a very... More

Besides being a nice premise the hotel has little to offer. The owner chain-smokes next to your table with no consideration for the hotel guests, the workers are seriously overworked and underpaid, service is poor, gym is ridiculous and mosquitos will have the best of you as the windows have no nets and they don't close. Very poorly managed. Backpackers... More

This is a wonderful little gem that I had the privilege of calling home, away from home, for one night. This is within walking distance from the major restaurants and night clubs in the city, and within short driving distances from the central square and other attractions in Managua. The breakfast and food services are wonderful too, as is the friendliness... Hotel Los Robles is a quiet bed and breakfast style hotel not far from the hustle and bustle of downtown Managua. The rooms are small, along with the bathroom, but they have air conditioning and in room wifi. The breakfasts are good and the staff is friendly and speak excellent English. The grounds are also very nice with a pool... More

We just stayed overnight at Hotel Los Robles in Managua on the way to starting our tour in Granada. The hotel is a lovely quiet hotel situated in a street with lots of bars and restaurants. Managua does not have much of a centre and so this was probably an excellent choice for our one night visit. The room was... More

This was an old colonial style mansion but it has seen better days. It needs some refurbishing and modernizing of some of the facilities. It is just a dozen or so rooms around a central courtyard. They have doubles and singles and our double was the smallest room we have ever had. The furniture is all black metal and the... More

We found this beautiful colonial style house and decided to leave Hilton and move in here for one week just to be deeply disappointed. Despite the lovely traditional colonial decoration and the peaceful patio and cozy veranda in the pool area, this 10 rooms hotel was a terrible experience. Bed hard as a rock, old linen, poorly cleaned dark and... More

I visit Managua frequently for professional reasons but I always stayed in the Seminole or Princess: big, corporative hotels where you get the same service and attention as if you were anywhere else in the world. This time, I tried something else, as I was looking for something of a smaller size, with the kind of personalised attention that big... More

This is a great hotel to stay for one night. We stayed here after we arrived in Managua and also when we left a week later. The first night we arrived we were given a room right by the office which was no problem. The rooms are rather sparse and the lighting is dim Our shower only had a hand... More
