Hotel Los Robles is a quiet bed and breakfast style hotel not far from the hustle and bustle of downtown Managua. The rooms are small, along with the bathroom, but they have air conditioning and in room wifi. The breakfasts are good and the staff is friendly and speak excellent English. The grounds are also very nice with a pool... More

We just stayed overnight at Hotel Los Robles in Managua on the way to starting our tour in Granada. The hotel is a lovely quiet hotel situated in a street with lots of bars and restaurants. Managua does not have much of a centre and so this was probably an excellent choice for our one night visit. The room was... More

This was an old colonial style mansion but it has seen better days. It needs some refurbishing and modernizing of some of the facilities. It is just a dozen or so rooms around a central courtyard. They have doubles and singles and our double was the smallest room we have ever had. The furniture is all black metal and the... More

We found this beautiful colonial style house and decided to leave Hilton and move in here for one week just to be deeply disappointed. Despite the lovely traditional colonial decoration and the peaceful patio and cozy veranda in the pool area, this 10 rooms hotel was a terrible experience. Bed hard as a rock, old linen, poorly cleaned dark and... More

I visit Managua frequently for professional reasons but I always stayed in the Seminole or Princess: big, corporative hotels where you get the same service and attention as if you were anywhere else in the world. This time, I tried something else, as I was looking for something of a smaller size, with the kind of personalised attention that big... More

This is a great hotel to stay for one night. We stayed here after we arrived in Managua and also when we left a week later. The first night we arrived we were given a room right by the office which was no problem. The rooms are rather sparse and the lighting is dim Our shower only had a hand... More

My husband and I stayed here on either end of our trip to Nicaragua to accommodate our flights. And what a perfect place to stop! It is a lovely old world building with lots of character. The pool area is large and comfortable. The room was just right for our short stay. A happy surprise for us was finding out... More

Las Robles was comfortable for our two nights in Managua. The pool area is lovely, as is the courtyard that all the rooms lead off. The rooms themselves are a fairly good size and we found the beds comfortable. There was good storage, a safe and air conditioning in the room. Breakfast was OK, not inspiring, but adequate. The staff... More

My husband and I spent a night at Hotel Los Robles upon arrival in Managua and were very pleased with the ambience and amenities. Rooms are arranged around a pretty courtyard where meals are served, and just beyond it is another handsomely landscaped courtyard with a pool. We didn't have time to try it, but it looked clean and inviting.... More

When you walk through the small office to register you come upon a lovely courtyard and then a bit further the pool. There is not much staff but what there is is friendly. The rooms them selves are a cross between adequate and neglected. Although the AC is good the bed cover acts your blanket. It felt unsanitary. The mattress is... More
