I have stayed in many hotels in Managua and know what to expect. Most places will at least offer friendly staff and a good ambient. Here, unfortunatly, the staff were indifferent and unprofessional. Probably a leadership problem since it seemed endemic. At breakfast, for example, they came running with a list to write down names and room numbers. Ok. But... More

My organization booked this hotel for me. When I arrived the WC was broken and I had no chance to used it, when I ask for changing rooms I was given another option but the AC was broken, finally I decided to leave for another hotel. Magically the manager gave me a suite :-). The suite was ok, honestly a... More

Booked a convention center for an event. Terrible and lousy customer service from Rosaling Gutierrez. We had booked one area, they moved us to another having us already made a reservation for the bigger area on the top floor. They sent us to the pool area. Had made room reservations as well for our international guests that will attend the... More

I ask if they can freeze and ice pack but they refuse to place it in the freezer, yet they place in the refrigerator, it did not help. Restaurant for breakfast one of the BEST in all places that I have stayed in Nicaragua. Room needs to have a small refrigerator for the price and city been so hot, one... More

My company put me up at the Seminole for 7 nights. For a briefer stay or if on vacation, it might have been fine. The rooms are old and could use refreshing but the bed was comfortable. While the bathroom and linens were fresh and clean, the floor could have used a good mopping as it turned my socks black.... More

Don't come here expecting the Ritz, but for the money I can highly recommend you stay here. The breakfast buffet included in your room rate is very well stocked with enough food to hold you over for 4-6 hours. The fresh fruit can only be described as delectable. Also, try the traditional Nicaraguan breakfast of rice and beans with other... More

This a good hotel in Managua, with a good location near the City Center. The hotel offers a very good breakfast included in the price, and Fridays you can enjoy a delicious lunch with a good selection of sea food, including a lobster prepared just for you by the chef. The rooms are wide, comfortable, cleans and equipped with the usual... More

As usual when I travel for business, I use the hotel's laundry service but please don't do that on this hotel as they are specialized in losing it and trying to give you fake (not sure if used) things instead . This people lost my socks (3 pairs). After one day I finally got to talk with the manager he... More

Terrible experience...This hotel located in downtown Managua looks very careless since carpet of the entrance, scary elevator. The rooms is good in dimentions but the old air conditioning device is noisy and shocking, so you have to decide if suffer high not human temperature or not to sleep because of it. The bathroom is the worst...swamped and not working. To... More

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are bright and clean. It has a pool and breakfast is very good, with a combination of fresh fruit, cheese, breads and a variety of international and typical dishes. It is also located very close to restaurants and bars in a nice area. However, if you need to work here, the WiFi is... More
