We ended up staying at this hotel after our flight from Managua to Miami was canceled. It was a very clean place. The rooms were average, but the pool was phenomenal. We spent a little bit of time in the Casino attached, it was quite interesting (but fun)!!!

I have been traveling to Managua for several years and also had the pleasure to live there for over 3 years. During that time the Camino Real proved to be the best hotel in Managua, both for personal and family stays as well as for business stays. There are hotels with a little nicer rooms in Managua, there are hotels... More

We had one night here before leaving Nicaragua in late March and like a previous reviewer we had an issue with a taxi driver from the hotel who had been drinking. Although he was not all over the road or anything, when he turned around to talk to us you could smell the alcohol. He did seem to be a... More

We stayed 1 night after arriving in Managua. We wanted a place close to the airport and a place would could hangout at a pool and have dinner without venturing into Managua. They picked us up and we were there in just a few minutes. The pool was great, the food was average and the service was above average. Pricing... More

We've always stayed at the Best Western before our flight but thought we'd give this spot a try. On the good side, the rooms are very nice, the bathrooms are clean and the showers have good water pressure (a rarity in Nicaragua) and hot water (also a rarity). The pools is fantastic and they have a separate kids pool. The... More

This is my second review of the Camino Real by the airport. The staff knows us now and the service is even better than before. It is about my 9th or 10th stay and everyone was great. Breakfast is wonderful full of great fruit and entres. Snacking by the pool try Nicaragua Nachos- now our favorite by the pool snack.... More

Having stayed at the hotel right across from the airport, we tried the Camino Real, which is less than 5 min. away. What a difference. This place has nicer rooms, much better front desk, better restaurant, etc. Will be staying here for now on.

It's a classic airport hotel. Comfortable, well connected, good pool, nice restaurant. Would stay there again.
