We arrived 4/25 & stayed 2 nights. The hotel is clean, the rooms were good, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was great, but the service for food is slow & pricey. more

Expensive restaurant with not a lot of typical Nicaraguan food. Concierge service needed. Hotel store should be larger. more

There is really nothing about the place that makes me want to return. It's in the middle of nowhere. The rooms were not all that clean. The so called executive level rooms were standard hotel rooms and the so called executive lounge had nothing going for it. The food in the restaurant was cafeteria quality. The "steak and turf" was... more

Stayed here 2 nights with my husband and daughter. Very clean--friendly bilingual staff. Comfortable beds. Very hot shower water with plenty of force. The pool area was very clean and we spent an afternoon enjoying it. The parking lot was guarded (as is the norm for most places in Nicaragua). We didn't have any problems while we stayed there. The... more

The pool area is enormous, large palm trees great for R&R after a long work day. Centrally located, large parking space and a restaurant with gigantic shrimps!! more

I stayed for just one night and must say, it was pretty good. Nice room, nice bed, excellent shower and bathroom, and free airport pick-up. Didn't have the breakfast or use the pool, but thought the internet was a bit too expensive, and the staff was ok - a little bit slow, I thought. Location was, I initially thought, a... more

I was very pleased with my stay. The accomodations were excellent. The staff was nice and attentive. Great breakfast buffet. I came to the HI after a terrible night at another hotel. Best deal in Managua! more

Overall I would rate the hotel as I would an average Holiday Inn in the States. I must say that I stayed at Pelican Eyes in San Juan del Sur and paid almost double for a suite there and still had to endure power outages everyday! The Holiday Inn does have a generator which is a requirement in Nicaragua with... more

we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. We had an issue with noise one night (a loud party in the garden), but the staff promptly moved us, so that it wasn't a problem at all. The restaurant staff were very attentive, and this was especially helpful given that we were traveling with our 6 month old daughter! The... more
