Please make sure you pay what you are quoted for on the room rates including taxes . We were quoted and agreed with the prices and they bill us extra when we check out. Never come back to stay again. Using deceptive way to lie to customer. Be extra careful of the staff very cunning. There are plenty of choices... More

Stayed here for a week and while I was not surprised with the hotel, I was grateful to have stayed at a hotel like the Hilton with it's american standards. I was on a business trip so I really didn't want the local "experience." Everything was up to Hilton standards plus it was also inexpensive. Not just the room, but... More

I was pleasently surprised with the amount of English that the staff spoke. I was able to communicate with everyone from desk/bell/conceirge/and lounge. Stay on the executive floor and bfast/snacks/eveing reception are all included. The staff is friendly, and the hotel is a good representation of a Hilton property. I will stay their next time business takes me there.

This hotel is exactly what you expect, a welcome break from the madness of Managua. Could do with sprucing up in places but the pool is nice, staff very friendly and food of a good standard. Well eqpt gym. Odd housekeeping rules mean room are not completed in one go. If you get back to your room in the day... More

Stayed one night in June 2014. Rooms are a bit worn, shows particularly in the bathroom. But clean and comfortable. The bed was particularly nice; slept very well! No mini bar. There was a spot for a small fridge, but nothing there. No complimentary bottled water (apparently it is ok to drink the tap water). The Hilton was $50 less... More

I was in Nicaragua on a medical mission, we stayed in rural areas and on the last day decided to splurge on a nice hotel. WOW, this was one of the nicest places I've stayed. Comfy beds, clean, amazing staff, FANTASTIC breakfast buffet for only $10, central air, and very american standards. Highly recommended!

We stayed for a short visit to see our son. We missed our connecting flight so didn't arrive until the following day. They didn't charge us for our missed night and went out of their way to be helpful and considerate. VERY honest too: I left a credit card in a pocket of some laundry and they returned it in... More

I stayed at Hilton Princess Managua for three nights only. Staff was kind, although not always able to communicate effectively in English. For example, during check-in I was asking if they had a business lounge and apparently the lady was having difficulties to understand my request. I was lucky to ask her colleague (supervisor?) and was able to get all... More

My wife's and my recent three day stay with our son, daughter-in-law and five grandchildren (who are living about 45 minutes outside of Managua) was an opportunity to bring the US back to them for three days. The hotel was as good as any Hilton in the US and had the same amenities and a caring staff.

We've stayed at the Managua Hilton Princess almost 10 times so far on business trips and it continues to impress. Staff is outstanding, food is excellent, rooms are always clean and royal, and there are absolutely no complaints whatsoever. We keep coming back to this Hilton because of its constant impeccable hospitality.
