The best part about this hotel was the staff. They were very attentive and are happy to accommodate any request. Pros-reasonably priced at $50/night, it is clean, quiet, relaxing and good wi-fi accessible from the rooms. Additionally, the breakfast is included (eggs, pancakes, etc...). Cons-low water pressure (although manager said that it was only temporary), not easily accessible by taxis,... More

I have stayed at Casa San Juan a number of times and have always been satisfied by the service relative to cost. For instance, this summer we arrived around 9 in the evening. I had called Norma ahead of time for her to save two meals for my husband and I. It was a basic Nicaraguan meal and was delicious.... More

Food was very well prepared & tasty, staff was SO friendly & accommodating and the air conditioning worked great. The wi-fi is spotty and really only works in the lobby and out on the patio which was a little disappointing, but other than that everything was awesome!

I was very pleased with my recent stay there. There was a lot of good experiences about this stay. The rooms were clean, all the a/c worked, and an excellent warm attention from these group of people.

Spent a week at Hotel Casa San Juan while on mission trip to Nicaragua. First time to Nicaragua and found Hotel Casa San Juan a great place to stay. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Food prepared for group was always filling and plentiful. Had to move from first room to another room due to AC problems. Second room, #8... More

The hotel is comfortable and well-located, in a safe area close to Metrocentro mall, which offers a large choice of shops and eateries. The hotel boasts a nice patio, large bedrooms with A/C. But there is no hot water, and the airport shuttle is just OK for $25.

The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. Service was very good. It's location is central and accessible to transportation. Staff was helpful and courteous. My only criticism is that wifi connections didn't work, but the staff tried to resolve the problem.

This hotel is convenient to shopping, public transportation. The food is good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. There is internet service and did not have to have electrical plug adapters. We were a fairly large group and the hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate everyone.

Very happy with this hotel, stayed with a group in early March 2013. Linens were clean, plumbing worked well, and staff goes overboard to satisfy. It's about a 35-minute ride from MGA. Water was warm but not hot, but who cares in this heat? Only thing better is if they had a pool... The ladies in the bar/restaurant appreciate a... More

I was very pleased with my recent stay here. There was a group of us, many of whom did not know Spanish. The rooms were clean, all the a/c worked... The only issue was that some rooms did not have hot water. I will say it was so hot that I did not mind, but there were some that did!... More
