This hotel was great! Roberto, the owner, was so nice that at times he felt like family. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is also very nice, but Roberto knocked it out of the park with the best customer service in Nicaragua! He would do anything to make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible. Location is... It's an okay place to stay if you are in the city. Location is alright at best and the place was completely dark when I got there, which made me think if it was even the right hotel. I was a little bit off-put by the fact that the place was empty and dark when I first arrived. There is... More

This is a beautiful hotel-clean rooms, AC, beautiful layout, nice breakfast. As two female travelers, I also felt very safe-and I am booking a room for my return. Roberto is incredibly kind and extremely helpful-providing recommendations for spots around Nicaragua. It's not far from the airport-maybe 20 minutes and I took a shuttle from the airport for about $10 US... More

Our stay was worth every last penny. The guest service we received was awesome. From the rooms to the pool everything was great. At the buffet we were served by a young man named Bryan his professionalism was efficient and right on point. He made us feel like we were dining at home. Good food with an excellent service made... The 3 day stay was comfortable. It does not have a full time restaurant, only breakfast, but there are many places to eat nearby. In fact most everything is conveniently located nearby. There were not too many people staying there, maybe one or two others. Made me wonder why there were not more people staying at this hotel. Rosa the... More

The hotel has a "just like home" feel to it. Roberto is the owner, concierge, money exchanger, restaurant recommender, and just about anything. He is friendly to the extent you feel like you are in the company of family. In fact, Roberto also drove us to the airport in the morning at 5am since he was nervous that the taxi... More

Best place to stay in Managua! Very elegant and safe. The owner is a wonderful person. Breakfast is delicious. Very flexible and accommodating to your individual needs. My wife loved the place. Highly recommend!

In May, I booked a three night stay at the Hotel Internacional Hotel in Managua. I was traveling alone, and looked for a reasonable priced hotel. I reviewed the ratings on Trip Advisor and was comfortable with my decision. Upon check in, I was greeted by a young man who spoke absolutely no English and my Rosetta Stone Level II... More

i didn't spend a lot of time selecting a hotel for my trip to managua. i was there for a friend's wedding and didn't want to pay what i thought were exorbitant rates for the chain hotel in which the wedding party was staying. i did a package deal through orbits and randomly selected this hotel mostly because of the... My girlfriend and I book this hotel to spend one night in once arriving late into Managua before departing the next day to explore the rest of the country. The hotel has a 24hr Gaurd, and there is always a friendly helpful member of staff on the front desk. Both speaking no Spanish, we we easily understood and helped to... More
