I guess the shock would not have been as great if the hotel name did not include the word "resort" in it. I found the service to be average and the facilities would only qualify for a two-three star rating, which makes the fees they charge extremely high. The food was also very average. I went there with my family in July. The place is kept nice but the pool by the restaurant had a lot of "bugs" in it. And the water was very warm, I'm not sure how often they clean the pool, but I have a feeling they don't do it as often as they should. Also, the beach was very... more
