I stayed at Hotel Happy House for the month of february 2006. It offers a secure, comfortable place to stay. There is a laundry next door and a secure mall a few blocks away. Check out the hotel's website. There's even an email address where I made my reservation and had questions answered by Moises (one of the guys who works there).
