I only stayed here for one night, but the hotel was nice. The rooms were clean, the beds were soft, bathrooms were nice and the service was great at the reception and they provide a shuttle to the airport for a fee (which was of great value since it was cheaper then a taxi). more
I stayed at this hotel for only one night, but was thoroughly impressed with the hotel and its staff. People are incredibly welcoming and I was automatically upgraded to a Club Level Room for no other reason than they had room. The pool area seemed very nice as did all communal areas. For value, comfort and great location, you can't... more
Stayed on starwood points; platinum status allowed me access to lounge (free continental breakfast, snacks during the day, and 1 alcoholic beverages in evening); one hour free internet per day (in business centre). Wifi access available for a fee (3$ per hour, 20$ for 24-hrs). Pool was nice, not used by many guests so was quiet; no problem finding a... more
In general a very nice hotel with good, friendly service. Rooms are spacious and the bed is one of the best I have slept in Central America. The hotel is a bit dated, but very clean and for the most part updated. Gym is small and runs out of space fast. Pool was out of use when I stayed at... more

Not noysi rooms Bad Things: 1. Poor breakfast, not for a 5 stars hotel. 2. You have to walk a lot to go to your room for a large ails. more
The Sheraton Presidente is a quite old hotel, although it's only noticeable from the electrical fittings. Everything else is to the very high standards that you would expect from a Sheraton. The pool and waterfall feature looks lovely, and there were never more than 20 people around and plenty of empty chairs (and it was very hot!). The pool is... more
The staff is excellent and hotel is in average condition. The rooms were clean. However, most of the time it felt like an american military base as the place was mostly occupied by the US military staff... more
I travel to Central America frequently and am consistently impressed with the Sheraton Presidente. This year, we stayed on the fourth floor (executive level) and were impressed by the service and offerings in this lounge. Similar to the Westin Camino Real in Guatemala, but with resort amenities. The pool is enormous with waterfalls - in fact the grounds of the... more
