I stayed here with a large group from the US. The manager was wonderful and could not do enough for us. The service was exceptional, the food delicious and my room was very spacious, quiet and clean. Every member of the staff was helpful and kind. Would return again. more

What you have read from other reviews is true: the elevators are awfully slow. But worse is the tiny pool, which is right next to the main restaurant. not only is its size less than what you'd expect from a top hotel, but because its next to the restaurant it feels like walking down a catwalk if one dares actually... more

This is very an upscale hotel in a very nice section of San Salvador. This is such a nice and safe hotel that most visiting foreign presidents stay here. Very nice hotel with a spacious room. The view out of the room was average, potentially a better view on a clear day. The room was clean and offered an iron/ironing board, TV, desk, wireless internet. The safe did not work but I had no issues with any of my valuables not that they were left in sight! We stayed at this hotel for one night at the executive floor. It is a great hotel for what we want. The restaurant was good and not expensive. They also provided free drinks including alcohol during our whole stay at the hotel. I would stay there again if I ever return to San Salvador more
