We stayed 3 days at the Quality Real hotel in San Salvador. The hotel itself was fine, although the entrance is somewhat hidden. Our room faced front, to street and very shabby buildings across the way; the view in back is lovely gardens. Keeping in mind that this is an AIRPORT hotel (near the airport, not really in the city)... the rooms are beautiful, the beds are fantastic, and the staff wonderful. had no expecations of this hotel since it was arranged through Taca ( had a crazy crazy experience with Taca since they changed my flight on me 3 times !! and one very very last minute ) the hotel is 5 minutes away and when I was there I seemed to be the only guest that was non US military... more

The staff was very attentive. They were able to book a room the same day. They provided a full breakfast by 5 am and shuttles to the airport every 10 minutes. It was a very nice way to end a trip in El Salvador. more

The only negative aspect to the Quality Hotel Real Aeropuerto is the 45-minute drive into the center of San Salvador. Here are the good points: Very reasonable price: less than half of center-city hotels Large, clean, well-appointed rooms High-speed internet service in the room for US$ 7 per day Very good restaurant and bars.
