It is not a secret that hotels in Kiev are expensive. The Hyatt is one of those which are worth it. The rooms are huge, clean and if you are lucky, you get an amazing view to the cathedral (St. Michaels I think). Probably you have to stay on the 5th floor or above. The breakfast cannot be more complete.... More

I spent two nights in a Regency Suite on the 6th floor with a nice view. Pros: - Bed was just amazing - Bathroom: outstanding, just never seen one like this before - Living room: quite comfy and nice designer furniture - Room service: good quality at decent prices - Breakfast in room: very good and you're not hungry anymore... A modern designed hotel in an historic area, the Hyatt would be ideal for business and sight seeing. I stayed here for a business event for two nights at the end of March. I joined the Hyatt Gold Passport scheme although this did not give me any advantages during my stay. However, I was given what I thought was a... More

well located, down the street from the InterConti. well built. rooms are not as spacious as the Inter, build out is not quite as good, and it has the feel of any Hyatt world wide with the big center open area and low-ish ceiling rooms. overall, it is more western business style, with less of the local big hitters than... Very expensive but has all the modern conveniences.Iincluding heated toilet seats). The pool is the nicest hotel pool I have ever seen. It is so relaxing. See hotel website for photos. The location of the hotel is awesome for all sightseeing. The breakfast buffet is great. The staff is very friendly.

I am not o fun of Hyatt in general… But in Kiev I would say it is the best plaice you can find to stay. It is modern and elegant. The location is imagine! There are a couple places you can go in this hotel: Roof top restaurant/ bar, Wine room with the live blues/ jazz music on weekend, Sushi... More

What a breath of fresh air, service with a smile, attention to detail and a willingness to go the extra mile. Thank you ‘tripadvisor’. Nothing seemed to much from the staff at the Hyatt, the Spa facilities were excellent, even if they were a little bemused by someone who has ticklish feet having a pedicure, they smiled indulgently. Valentines dinner... More

I am a regular guest in Kiev. Because of many business meetings, I have to be flexible with the time of eating. Sometimes I have no time for restaurant. In that case I prefer for example a snack. Unfortunately this Hotel has no Service for this kind of things. At 1.30pm I wanted to have a Sandwich or similar. But... More

Having stayed in all three Western chain hotels in Kyiv - Intercontinental, Hyatt, and Radisson for business and pleasure - let me tell you about the differences. First, exclude Radisson right away if you can afford to. It is definitely the least luxurious of the three. It is still very nice by Ukrainian standards, but not worth the money. In... More

I travel exclusively on business and care only for a clean room, low noise and workout facilities. The rooms and lobby of the Hyatt are impeccable but the main reason I will always stay at this hotel is the gym and spa. I workout so I can eat the wonderful food and drink the excellent libations of the city i... More
