We chose the Opera based on reviews here, but nonetheless we were unprepared for how lovely the hotel was. Making the reservation through LHW site scored us a space available upgrade and an inroom amenity (a fruit plate and a bottle of sparkling wine). I think it's a little misleading for this hotel to be (currently) 13th out of all hotels in Kiev, but this is only the third review of it so far.
