I came to this hotel in 2007 so things may have changed a bit. Took my mother back to Ukraine her homeland and the opening was a surprise. Booked room on internet for good price and when I arrived they said we have only rooms at this price. Most expensive fo course and they refused to honor the internet deal.... more

AVOID! Who said the cold war was over! I stayed here for one night and will not return. The attitude was cold and unwelcoming. The front of house staff were arrogant and unhelpful. They were the only members of staff who managed to smile. The only members of staff who managed to smile were the housekeepers. more
