Nice hotel, seems clean and nice service, little cold in winter. One thing, but very important is hot water! During two days of my stay, there was not even warm water! Breakfast I haven't gad a chance to try - I slept. :)) restaurant seems good and food it's regular . Over all it's a nice hotel!

I have booked a Standard single room through hotels.com. In the booking confirmation it was stated, that I have booked 20 sq m room with queen size bed. There was also mentioned "bathroom with bath tub" in the confirmation. To my disappointment the room turned out to be shabby and tiny, about 15 sq m, with a small shower cabin... More

Let me start with the disclaimer that I have never been to another hotel in Kiev. So all hotels may be like this. Bottom line, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Where to begin, if you would like a hotel with beds that are hard, no clocks, windows that leak with cold air, and prostitutes that are available in the lobby,... More

The hotel is not really close to the city center but it is what I like to call a "correct" hotel. You get what you pay. Services are ok, rooms are clean, public transportation is not far away. It is probably a wise alternative when travelling to Kiev. For sure, back home in Greece, such a hotel would have been... More

The hotel is nice if you don't mind staying a bit out of the city center. The price is great, it's clean, and the staff mostly speaks enough English for you to get by. The metro stop is nearby, and it's only 5 stops to Independence Square. I would definitely recommend the "Superior" rooms over the "Standards" based on what... More

Not the nicest hotel in the world, but the staff speaks English pretty well and it is clean. It is reasonably priced for Kiev. They were really helpful in getting us a taxi and helping us store luggage. The metro station is pretty close and there are a few decent grocery stores within walking distance. The bathroom is super small!

I stay 7 days in this hotel. Dirty , no friendly staff , no restaurant close. I and my staff we book 3 rooms because we participate in exhibition and when we arrived they wants to prepay our stay there because “hotel rule” . I book a day before a mini bus to transfer us in airport but in the... More

This is definitely the worst 3 star I have ever stayed in. Rooms are tiny, shower leaked, fridge didn't work, housekeeping of rooms terrible on a day to day basis. Service at front desk and bar is appaling..... Really not a great area to be in either..... Would not recommend

This is a large high rise hotel which was originally built for travelers during the Soviet era. It has been extensively renovated. I stayed in a single standard room in the economy section of the hotel to save money. I expected the room to look like an old Soviet style room, but to my, surprise the room was nice! They... More

Several Ukrainian friends expressed caution during my booking, but Hotel Bratislava turned out to be a very decent and convenient accommodation. It’s been renovated from an old large Soviet style hotel. Rooms are clean, everything in working order. Good wifi connection was accessible from everywhere free of charge. I did not try the restaurant, but the bar in the lobby... More
