i was very surprised by this guesthouse,entrance is very bad,stairs too ,you feel just sad when you enter this place,i dont recommand it at all.i paid in advance for one week and when i decided that i dont want to stay there they didnt give me back any penny.very very bad hotel

The price was very reasonable, the place was very clean and location was great. 2 min walk to Kreshchatyk, the center of the town

Nothing to add - everything in the title... Great location - opposite to the central sq., on the well known road in the center of the town. Really low standard for this location and price (120E). The light point was Budda Bar 10 m from main entrance to the hotel... ;-)

Arrived in Kyiv at 2230 and a staff member was waiting for us near the entrance as receptionist had gone home for the evening only to return in the morning. Apartment was clean and comfortable and lived up to expectations and their advertisement. Cannot beat the location, the absolute center of Kyiv with everything available within a matter of meters....
