Dear Guest, I’m really sorry that your stay in our hotel was not a positive experience for you. I’m also sorry that, even if you have been explained that the hotel procedure requires that the receptionists secure payment of booking, either by payment in advance or by preauthorizing the credit card, you started and you are still insulting our staff... Well staffed and clean. The rooms are spacious enough and have all the facilities, most importantly WIFI free in the room and bar. Bar prices are western so to speak but acceptable. Good breakfast too, lots of choice. short cheap cab rides to the airport or city centre. A good place for the roaming business traveler. Will book again.

I stopped here just recently as this looked on the map to be close to my business. This was my first trip there. One of many to come. The hotel was very welcoming upon first arrival. Staff are really customer focussed and nothing is too much trouble. My room was a great size, lovely view from the window over the... More

I used to stay in this hotel while visited Bucharest on business purposes. Nice hotel, clean and big rooms, minibar, clean bathrooms. Complimentary bottle of water. Also it is located in the direction of International airport. Nice bar on the ground floor as well as good breakfast. Big parking area in front of hotel, but it should be paid additional.

I stayed in the Ramada for about a week for business purposes, as it was close to the company I was visiting (I like to walk before and after work to clear my head). The area of the hotel is upmarket with expensive apartments but it can be a bit boring. There are no restaurants nearby and the only shop... More

Average hotel, great service, rooms are ok but the carpet looks dirty. The beds are very small and the pillows terrible. So overall was fine. The one thing that made my life difficult and this is the reason why I wanted to write this review to help other females traveling is the hair dryer from the wall. If you depend... More

I had stayed in this hotel for 3 nights starting from 28th April. This hotel situated away from busy main road which is blessing in disguise. The front desk staff was very polite and courtious. They have finished the admission formality within 5 min of arrival. My room was in 2nd floor. There are number of elevators in this hotel... More

First, this is a Ramada so you expect no unexpected surprises that are negative. Nothing negative, this property has wonderful dining, and the rooms were large, clean and well appointed. Staff was welcoming, and will assist you with any request that you have; within reason.

Hotel is nice, with nice furniture, good location, staff is super friendly and helpful....but... in this kind of rather luxury hotel i would really expect that a double bed will be much bigger then only 145 cm wide!!! It is rather like children extra bed then bed for two adult people, so it really wasn´t very comfortable. maybe it depends... More

I spent 3 nights in the hotel. The hotel is not easy to find but the taxi drivers know it very well. It’s located in a residential area. The rooms are quite spacious and clean with good wi-fi connection everywhere. The bed was really good but I had an issue with the temperature control, it was really warm in the... More
