I spent two full days in this hotel, joining a conference. It is a great hotel, with nice personnel and excellent services and good food. The rooms are clean, no air conditioning but heating and cooling device. The stuff is friendly and ready to help.

We have stayed at this hotel for two nights and we were very pleased with its comfort, cleanliness, toiletries, very good and prompt service, and rich breakfast. The breakfast, especially, was very diversified, for all tastes, including vegetarian/vegan. The personnel at the front desk is always smiling genuinely and warmly, it's not just an official smile, you really feel welcome... More

I have been several times to Romania for business and every time I stayed in other hotels. I must admit that I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I was quite suprised that this hotel is so huge; I didnt expect this. The staff is very friendly and more than happy to help you. The staff at the reception... More

Good welcome in gigantic lobby. WiFi fine. Room large enough but carpet shabby and a few missing details in the bathroom. Tea making facilities good to note. I left too early to try the breakfast but others have commented favourably. Room very reminiscent of Soviet days elsewhere. Needs modernisation. Good mattress however

Very lovely to walk in and be greeted with a complementary glass of champagne as I booked in. The lobby was impressive, clean and well-staffed. The room I stayed in on the 4th floor (the non-smoking floor) was clean, tidy and well equipped with tea and coffee making equipment and a very well-stocked mini-bar. I had breakfast in the hotel... Very good free wi-fi throuought the hotel comfortable beds very helpful staff but best of all the best breakfast you could wish for. There may be better 4 star hotels in Bucharest but would probably be a lot more expensive. Very central for everything... More
