if you have to be in bucharest, this isn't that great of a hotel. our room was tiny and had a mini shower. we had to be driven so the location for traffic is terrible with regards to getting out to the main roads. more

My husband and I and 2 of our daughters spent 3 great nights at Hotel Elisabeta. The staff was wonderful at check in. Very kind and it took about 3 minutes. The bus from the airport drops you off in University Square, very close to the hotel. But be aware you have to negotiate several lanes of traffic or use the rundown underpass to get there (all the escalators are broken / removed - so it's no joke if you have heavy suitcases). it has the potential for being great. they just have very poor managers. unfortunately greedy and no respect for the customer. tha t is why i would never stay at a K&K again.
