I stayed here as a group leader for ~20 university students. The hotel staff were incredibly patient!! However, they were looking down their noses at the students a lot, which rubbed the students up the wrong way. A first class friendly 3/4 star hotel. The staff were very welcoming, efficient and helpful with a smile throughout. The room was clean and suited my purpose exactly.
