Had stayed there for three days on a bussines trip. Hotel is located in a peaceful area just next to famous Bucharest Parlament House (second biggest building in the world). If you go to left from the hotel and then left again down the street few houndred meters you will find yourself in a typical gypsy district, really poor and... more

I stayed at the Ibis Palatul Parlamentului for 2 nights in April. In my opinion, it was one of the better Ibis hotels I have been to. Although not comparable to upmarket chain hotels, it is a good choice for tourists who wish to see Bucharest and I would recommend it to others. In my opinion, a 4 star rating... more

We (6 males!) had booked in for the Ibis Gard de Nord but on arrival there we discovered that they only had rooms with double beds! They switched us to the Parliament Ibis which was much better for the same price! It was a weekend and was very good value for money. The staff were also pleasant and helpful more

Were shall i start, Ok it's an ibis hotel, so you can expect standard. It's a recentle build ibis, everything looked pretty new. Just the pricing was overrated: €89/night + €10/breakfast. Also the dinner in the resataurant was overrated and not at all tastfull. Rooms were nice, spacious clean. Service in the lobby is average, the personell doesn't always speak... more

The hotel is ok but the staff is not proficient in other languages (except Romanian). It is difficult to communicate with them and the instructions are not properly understood. Also sometimes they give you information that does bot correspond to the truth. Avoid any sort of business with them (such as travel arrangements to the countryside). more

Stayed here twice, 2 nights prior to a driving trip around Romania and 3 nights at the end of our trip. Reason for selecting this hotel was its proximity to friends living in the Cotroceni neighborhood, and the price. Hotel is strictly functional/modern, has mostly business clientele vs. tourists, and is well priced for Bucharest (which is overpriced in general).... more

Being there for business trips, the best of the hotel is the prices offered which could be even the half than those of other hotels of the same class. All rooms a confortable and clean, the staff is enough friendly. The hotel needs improvement regarding the breakfast, the room facilities and the offer of internet access. more

Go there if you feel you must have a view at the 2nd largest building of the world (Bucharest Parliament) day and night ... Otherwise it is a standard, just recently opened Ibis operation, far away from shops, offices and other downtown amenities. Service is OK. Catch ´the metro train after 5 min walk thru some kind of park. more
