The parliament lost my reservation, but were very good at booking me in the Capca hotel nearby. I would confirm my reservation at the Parliament by phone prior to arrival just in case. more

Good: air-con, mini-bar, cleanliness, spacious room, friendly and helpful staff, internet access in the room. Average: breakfast Poor: quite a walk to the "centre" and very noisy ( traffic) with open windows or if your room is at the front. more
