Central location, cute design rooms and good breakfast- perfect boutique hotel for a business stay as well as for family week end. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room absolutely clean; free wifi available everywhere. Perfect hotel if you prefer to stay away from the big international hotels.

Great room, splendid memory foam mattresses, great breakfast (woman helping with coffee/orders is a gem), lovely receptionist and I loved the building - Italian style. Then there's the restaurant - also a plus. Safe a little small but for the price this hotel was superb.

We had a junior suite again, but I was dismayed to find that the shower in this one was over the bath. I would have expected a shower cubicle like the others. Service seems to have gone down, as there was no bottled water for the coffee machine. No milk and only two expresso cups rather than lungo cups as... More

I have just returned from a 4 night break at the Sarroglia although I do have family in Bucharest I prefer to stay in a hotel for the freedom of it and the experience. I am working as a travel agent in the UK and over the years I have been spoiled with great stays at hotels all over. Bucharest... More

We reached the hotel. Regular rooms booked in advance. The hotel was full, so we got upgraded to two huge suites. The rooms were great. Clean. Huge shower. Balcony throughout the room. Jacuzzi on the rooftop with a view of the whole city. Breakfast in the small dining room. Overall we had a great time

Great start to a 2 weeks vacation in Romania. Hotel booked via Internet, 2am arrival due to flight times, receptionist waiting for us. Fantastic hotel, real value. For a change try a beer and pizza in the bar opposite, locals are fun and very welcoming. Pleasant if uninspiring walk into city.

What a fantastic hotel! It has everything what a modern traveller would like to have: amazing good Italian restaurant, good beds, good filled minibar, wonderfull shower, jaccuzi and this within a fantasic building. The design in the hotel shows how detailed the owner of this hotel is. As well the bottle of water: not a plastic one, but a nice... More

I stay in this hotel every month at least for 2-3 nights during all the year. It is a smaller, family owned hotel with very nice staff. Rooms are new, everyone looks different and it is an experience every time again. The breakfast included is having all you need, including a kitchen in which you can order free omelet, if... More

I really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is modern and tastefully decorated. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size and the shower was great. Breakfast area is cute and food is good. Wifi connection is good, the centre is about 10-15 minutes walk & Fitness centre had a treadmill, bike, weights and bench... More

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend as we attended a wedding. The hotel is a 5 minute taxi ride to the city centre. Check in was quick and they even gave me a mobile phone to use during our stay so all calls to Romanian numbers were free. The staff are very helpful and polite and... More
