The check in experience was nice. The rooms were spacious and wi-fi is for free. The hotel staff helped me with a dental kit, which is very much appreciated. Breakfast is tasty and the dining area is comfortable.

I was positive surprised with the hotel quality. It was really value for money and nothing to complain about. The hotel is new and stylish and breakfast is good as well. Location is also good and staff is polite.

Definitely not a four star hotel! The lobby area is elegant ant it gives you the impression of something special but then you enter the room and... eww! The room was small. The TV was tiny and with static. And it had a free porn channel with no code or nothing so a kid could easily watch it. The room... More

Stay here every time I travel for business in Bucharest. The corporate rate is unbeatable for the quality you receive. Service at front desk and within the hotel is very good. Rooms are spacious, all with natural light, design and quality of furniture and decorations is what you would expect from a 4 star. The menu at the lobby bistro is... More

As a businessman I've travelled to over 15 countries and always stayed in 4 and 5 stars hotels. Capital Plaza is a 4 stars, but closer to a 5 at a much lower cost. The rooms are elegant and spacious. The food is better than what I had in even higher ranked hotels. Luckily it lacks that "cold imposed distance... More

I have travelled to over 15 countries and always stayed in 4 or 5 stars hotels. Capital Plaza is a 4 star closer to 5 from many points of view, at a much lower cost. Luckily, unlike many highly ranked hotels, it lacks that "imposed coldness". The best definition I can think of is "a luxurious second home". The rooms... More

I have been stayed almost all 5-4 star hotels in the center of Bucharest last 3 years(among 23 times visits ) This hotel is the best "cost-performance" hotel. If you have business meeting the area Piata Victorei and Dorobanti area, of course. Also nearby there are many restaurants, cafe, supermarket, boutique etc. I found also very promising Hair dresser's studio" nearby.... More

I concur, the showers require patience and a degree of faith but pretty much everything else was perfect. Nice friendly staff, a functional breakfast, free quality internet, a vibrant bar/cafe, modern well equipped rooms with a very comfy mattress and all for the price of a reasonable bottle of wine anywhere else in the World. But you might want to... More

The water unstable pressure in The shower just sucks. I almost burnt myself one time. Bad service, unfriendly staff, bad taxi pickup arrangements. No formal apology after complaining, nothing whatsoever. In short, way overpriced, lacking of service hotel.

This is a 4 star hotel. The rooms are good size. The TVs are good. It's VERY clean. Slept pretty well. Good hotel food. Inexpensive rates. This hotel would make sense for a lot of people (mostly the business crowd). Negatives: the shower temperature goes from singing hot to freezing cold. Not a lot of consistency. The beds are pretty...
