I had a warm welcome and everyone was very helpful and friendly. The best part, the hotel is located within the business area which made it a perfect location to attend my meetings. I was also very close to Promenada Mall and Herastrau Park which made it easy for shopping and distraction, not to mention that a transfer from the... More

Clearly not a 4star hotel. Arrived to what seemed like a closed hotel on a Sunday night. Hotel feels like running on empty, bar not very well stocked or open at 11.30 for residents. Big room which was comfortable, jacuzzi and sauna open from 7.00 though had to go to reception and get it opened, which put back session by... More

Overall a reasonable place to stay. Rooms are nice with free wifi, restaurant is ok. Rooms are way too hot and it takes a long time to cool them down to a reasonable temperature. The only way to make that happen is by opening the window. Once opening the window though, you will hear the dogs barking at night. So... More

I had reservations for 2 twin rooms, confirmed 30 days before my arrival. When me and my colleagues arrived, they had only matrimonial rooms. They simply said they are full and all they can offer is a glass of wine or massage to compensate, but they can not give us 2 twin rooms or 4 single rooms. We had little... More

Good hotel with fitness center. Spacy room clean. Restaurant is average. No real good choice for the menu. Outside environment in industrial, without restaurant or transportation commodities. The only night life in this area are the hordes of noisy aggressive rootless dogs Breakfast is limited.

I have the pleasure to recommend to organize an event, wedding or any other social reunion within their special designed facility. Good meal, good services, nice people, good music, very nice atmosphere and good prices.

Despite the changing water temperature in the shower, its perfect. Rooms are clean, staff is polite. I had a WiFi problem and they gave me immediately a network cable and next morning the problem was solved. This time I ate at the hotel restaurant which was also very good.. The location is super if you work in this area, you... More

I had to stay in Bucharest for 2 weeks, and Alexander Hotel had a geographical advantage.. The hotel is fine, staff is kind but the climate did not warm the room which made me sick because the weather was cold.. The breakfast was ok with enough choices etc..

This hotel is nice. I'm just back from it. In fact it is the same as the photos show. Rooms are spacious and clean. The SPA is good(it works from 1pm till 9pm during work days and every 2nd Saturday). The service is pretty good, everybody is polite and willing to help:reception, restaurant,SPA centre, cleaning(if you need to iron - just ask... More

The rooms were quite nice. But was quoted $146.00 for the room. We requested a rollaway bed, and then at check out was charged $125.00 for the rollaway. What a rip off! We could have gotten another room for that price.
