Everything was fabulous. The location is in the old city and within a few minutes you can be at the subway, parliament and other attractions. Room was clean, ac cold, bed comfortable and a great breakfast. The room overlooking street can be a little noisy as people make their way hom. I would certainly return to Hotel Royal and Buchares.... More

This is a good place to stay: excellent location by Uniril with the central square/park in front and the charming old town just behind, very friendly and service-minded staff specially in the reseption, good breakfast in the restaurant in front by the entrance. The hotel is quite new(?) or restored in an old charming building, everything done for a new... More

The good things: Rooms are big, wifi works quite well. Excelent conferece rooms. Close to city centre and the old town with all that has to offer. Staff helpfull and its got a quite good restaurant. On the downside: Bathrooms could do with a makeover. Overall: I'll have no problem staying there again.

The Good things: 1. Rooms are big and clean. 2. Perfect Location, 10 minutes walking from Unirii square. The Bad things: 1. They were not prepared for the early check-in although we've contacted them before so we stayed in a very small for a couple of hours. 2. The A/C wasn't working well so we had to change the room... Good position close to the city centre and rooms not small. Furniture a little old-style, but in good conditions. Also the restaurant is not bad and especially not expensive. Wifi requires autentication but is quite stable. Few black marks are: - bath tub quite unconfortable (no possibility to use it as a shower and if you use it as whirlpool... More

Let me start saying that there are some good points in choosing this hotel: good location, good overall looking; nice staff; reasonable price, large rooms. But, on the other hand, I would never choose that hotel for a second time. Bad points: no shower, short hose for hand shower with no hanging place, unreliable wi-fi with a time-consuming double step... More

Considering that this hotel is aimed at business trips, I found it to serve my needs adequately when I traveled to Bucharest. It's close to the older part of the city, surrounded by modern concrete giants, these older streets provide some entertainment in the form of restaurants and pubs, but other than that the hotel is nothing amazing. The hotel... More

The hotel smells of cigarette everywhere... Even in the rooms. Wifi is not very good everywhere and it constantly disconnects after some time (you have to supply credential). Breakfast is poor... Other than that stuff speaks English but not everyone are happy to assist

I stayed here because this was the hotel where our workshop placed us. The outside appearance of the hotel is good. The photographs of the interior on the hotel's website show a really nice looking hotel. However, once you register, it's downhill from there. The two elevators served us well, although one was occasionally not working properly. A porter showed... More

Ok, i guess this is a good hotel as location and for Bucharest standard. The building looked new from outside and inside. My room was huge with a large bathroom on 5th floor. The room was sound proof. Breakfast was ok, for an extra 8 Euro. Towels were clean. A sushi. Kebab and subway restaurant are nearby. Very good Wifi... More
