“Visit Moldova but avoid the Dacia Hotel at all costs”

The Dacia is a throw back from the old Soviet regime and is one of the last State owned hotels in Moldova. Unfortunately, the Dacia and its staff have not yet made the transition to a modern customer based standard. There are guards on every floor and my room was searched on several occasions. The front desk staff is unresponsive... more
