A lot of the hostels I have stayed in are practically budget hotels and I recommend them to pretty much everyone. Fulir is not that kind of hostel so I would only recommend it to people who are really okay with a hostel stay (shared space, shared bathrooms, lockers, some noise, etc). I recently stayed at Fulir. It's located just off the main square, in a courtyard with a few other businesses and residents. There are 2 rooms - one with 4 beds and one with 12.
