In a city of overpriced hotels, the Slisko offers reasonable value, and it's fine for people who intend spending most of their time sightseeing, or who are just passing through. This may not be the Esplanade or your regular Hyatt, but this is a great hotel. We arrived in Zagreb and took the Croatia Bus to the main bus terminal in town. We rolled our suitcases a few blocks away and there was the Hotel Slisko. No need to spend megabucks on overpriced taxis. It was so convenient to everything.... more

I stayed at the Hotel Slisko in April 2006. The people at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. The room was of good size and was clean and comfortable and this is a nice affordable option for Zagreb, where hotel rooms are surprisingly expensive.
